Seeing through

Mar 11, 2022

Today as you interact pause quietly and look into the
unique face in front of you. Imagine you are able to
read this face like a book.

Reading the joys that have been experienced.
Reading the hardships and suffering that have been
lived through. Reading on the face the grace and
serenity, the welcomings, the rejections, the
wholeheartedness and the fears.

As you read the face watch for the evolution. It’s
embedded there too.

Testimonials

I fell in love with somatic coaching. I never thought I could actually talk to my body. A completely new world opened up for me personally, as I am sure will be the case also for my clients. I now fully understand as I have experienced it that somatic coaching is the only really holistic way to get to core of the challenges and to the goals that are completely aligned with ourselves.

Right Speech is not only something you can take into your coaching practice but it’s something you can take into your personal life as well. These skills have already been extremely helpful in my everyday life from encounters with family to encounters with strangers and everything in between. You won’t regret taking it, I promise!

My experience being an MCS student has been one of the most enriching in my entire life. It has brought me closer to my nature. I have more faith in the process of life, in the process of coaching, and in the process of being.

This was an amazing class that helped me develop better communication tools as a coach. Meg is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. I loved the poems she read at the start of each class! Thank you.

As a certified EMDR therapist working as a psychotherapist for the past 12 years, my focus has been helping others deal with the aftermath of trauma. That has taken a toll on my soul. This was my first class with a focus on positive psychology. I am left with a stirring feeling of hope that I can truly help others to thrive, not just survive. Thank you! Skillful Means is like tilling the soil and planting the seeds for your practice as a coach. This is the literal groundwork that, under Ann Marie’s expert facilitation, allows student coaches to grow into effective partners for their clients.

I enjoyed The Dynamic Trio course immensely. Learning new and effective techniques that I can use in my practice is just what I was looking for in this course. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for new ways to expand their knowledge and life coaching practices.

This course was very helpful for me. It changed my outlook from pushing selling to offering my gifts to the people that are in need of them.

As a result of taking this class (Skillful Means), I have newfound confidence about my ability to coach and a greater appreciation for the experience of being coached. The structure of breaking down the 26 Core Competencies into eight classes was perfect for honing my skills and learning to dance in the moment.
