In this moment: What is alive in you?

Jun 10, 2022

Using breath as your ally, imagine the inhale and
exhale as a flashlight highlighting what is
manifesting within.

Developing awareness takes courage. The courage to
go slow while being attentive to how you are naturally
unfolding.

Again, ask yourself “What is alive in me?”

Give yourself a few minutes to witness what arises.

Stretch” is a good name for this course. It stretched us all to reach beyond what we thought we knew, dig deeply to experience those paths that we will be coaching on, and stay open and curious about everything.

Skillful Means is a great class that teaches the basics on how a to conduct a coaching session. You dive right into learning and practicing coaching. This helped me get out of my own way and start doing what I was learning. I often find myself learning new skills and then never putting them into action, but in this class I got the best of both worlds, learning and doing!

Right Speech didn’t just help me with my communication skills, it also helped me with the parts of me that struggle with stories, perceptions, and judgments that all affected my communication before I even had a chance to speak. I walked away from this class with tools I can use in my coaching practice as well as my personal life. Highly recommend this course!

Right Speech: So worth my time. I learned more about how I communicate with myself and others in 8 weeks than many books I’ve read in the past. Thank you!!!

Mindful Eating: Mindful Life is more than just about food. It’s about our emotional responses to trauma and how we cope with them. The class was extremely beneficial and was a growing experience that will be a part of me the rest of my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Art of Engaged Mindfulness… The format of the course enabled me to learn about the impact of meditation and therefore choose to fit more meditation into my lifestyle. Through the class, I expanded my knowledge of meditation and mindfulness, strengthened my practice, and met some great people. Special thanks to Ann-Marie, who shared her enormously rich insights, experience, and tools to help us become more effective in minding our mind.
Ayse CetinelACC, Executive Coach & Mentor
This class broke down the essence of how to effectively communicate and expanded my vocabulary around feelings, needs and emotions. This was a powerfully moving experience. Srdjan and my classmates created a beautiful mandala of safety, vulnerability and openness from which we all benefitted and grew. One of my favorite MCS classes! Read more
