Testimonials

I learned a great deal in the Business Alchemy course, mostly that I have the desire, motivation and ability to make coaching my life work. I am very thankful for the instructors helping me see the glorious possibilities that are within my reach.

Right Speech simply knocked my socks off. I eagerly read every book, every article or other reference with delight. I cannot begin to say how much I learned about myself in this course and how I can apply things like non-violent communication, vulnerability, and the 12 Pathways to my everyday life, both personally and professionally. Taking this course in tandem with The Art of Engaged Mindfulness could not have been a better pairing. I look forward to taking every course that you offer.

The experience of participating in S-T-R-E-T-C-H! was one of the most fulfilling and inspiring in my entire life. The curriculum was approached from A to Z. The mindfulness practices at the beginning of each session, and the recommendations for practices of gratitude, compassion, recognition of our heroes, and action boards had a dimension that made me grow, and expand as a human being. There is always so much space to travel within ourselves, making us more approachable, centered, and focused on what is important in the coaching practice, and by extension, in life. I am very thankful to Mindfulness Coaching School, Ann-Marie, Brittany, Philip, Kelly, and my fellow class students. There is a real community there!

This class [Right Speech] was an eye-opener in showing me new levels of what empathy and compassion can do to make us feel more connected and loved. I’ve improved the way I communicate with others and everything I learned has benefited my clients immensely too.

This class broke down the essence of how to effectively communicate and expanded my vocabulary around feelings, needs and emotions. This was a powerfully moving experience. Srdjan and my classmates created a beautiful mandala of safety, vulnerability and openness from which we all benefitted and grew. One of my favorite MCS classes! Read more

I really enjoyed the class Skillful Means and felt it was the perfect class to kick off my quest to become a certified Mindfulness Life Coach. In this class I was introduced to the Essential Coaching Skills to use in a co-active coaching relationship. The material is well presented, organized and unpacked at a moderate pace that I could easily digest.

STRETCH does just that…it stretches your understanding of what a coach is/does, it stretches your thoughts and insights about yourself and your journey and it stretches your bonds with your classmates to learn from their collective experiences and knowledge. This was an enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable class that really pushed you to think from a variety of perspectives and to also really think about who you are, the story you tell and why. I am sad it is over.

I came away from [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness] with the value of a blended learning program (virtual class, partner discussions, superb reading material, mediation approaches/tools, mindfulness practice applications), many classmate connections from around the world, a regular mediation practice, and a sense of a calm and compassionate world.
