I loved this course [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness]! It brought me strength, understanding and joy at getting to know myself in a different and more substantive way. I am already using my learning to be a better coach for my clients. My gratitude for this course overflows!

I recommend that all coaches, regardless of the industry in which they work or the type of coaching that they do, explore mindfulness coaching. The skills practiced and explored in the Mindfulness Coaching School promote successful coaching outcomes. For example, practicing the skill, “global listening” was powerful. As a seasoned coach, I will integrate more global listening into my coaching engagements, knowing the power of this skill to provoke powerful questions can drive positive forward movement.

I really enjoyed my experience with [Skillful Means]. It was my first time participating in a course in this format and I was pleased at the sense of community that was created with the online format. I’ve already signed up to take another course with the school this summer. Thanks!

I had a superb experience in Where Mind Goes, Qi Goes: Somatic Coaching with Qigong. There is a universe to be explored when it comes to understanding somatic work. I just got more and more curious.

I signed up with the Mindfulness Coaching School after speaking with Ann-Marie, and because of her experience as an EMDR Therapist. The readings and classes have helped me expand my therapy skills and opened up new perspectives with my clients. Ann-Marie’s style of teaching matches my needs so well. Her intuition, playfulness and sense of adventure are evident during class. I look forward to continuing this journey of personal growth that will lead me to my bliss and help others to do the same!!

I was reluctant to take this course [Mindful Eating: Mindful Life] as I have struggled with eating disorders since my teens. I didn’t want yet another “eating plan” that would add more clutter to my already busy thoughts about food. I honestly only took the class because it was required for PCC and I came in thinking that maybe I could learn something to help my clients. But honestly, I learned a ton about myself, my thoughts about food and eating, as well as many tools and ideas to use with my clients.

The Mindfulness Coaching School has been an amazing resource for me on many levels. I took S-T-R-E-T-C-H! when Ann Marie suggested it would be a great addition to what we’d been working on in our coaching sessions. The class was so inspiring I decided to become a coach myself! I’ve taken 6 classes already and plan to take more. I love Ann Marie’s style of teaching; the academic aspect, the mindful/spiritual piece and the opportunity to work with other like-minded people during homework sessions. Ann Marie is a bottomless source of knowledge and inspiration and I am forever grateful!
