The Night of Her Fullness

Nov 28, 2021

Seven people said they had been up since 3am.
Each felt they had been singled out…

That something was wrong with them
That somehow they had chosen the wrong food to eat
The wrong nightly activity before bed
The wrong thoughts to think
Even the wrong place to live.

But they had simply forgotten
To give themselves permission
To go outside at 3am
Under the dark bright skies
And take refuge with the Woman in the Moon.

To bow to her fullness, her strength, her magnetizing light
To bow to their own aligned internal tides
And find meaning in the mysteries of existence.

This school has changed my life in a incredibly positive way. MCS speaks to my soul, and I am more present with my clients, my partner, my children and in my life because of what I’ve learned at MCS. I get so excited when the academic calendar is released, I feel so grateful for this school and I am so thankful that I have found this school.

[Right Speech] was incredibly valuable for my coaching skills, and for my life. There was so much applicable information presented in an embodied and pragmatic way. [Meg Hess, PCC, D. Min.] has an ability to evoke wisdom from everyone.

“What is pulling on your sleeve?” was a question presented in [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness]. How often does someone actually ask you that or how often do you stop to really be mindful of what is present in you and pulling at you in the moment? I learned how to really dive into this feeling and capture the present in The Art of Engaged Mindfulness.

Writing, Creativity and the Mindful Coach takes each of these key components and weaves them together to create an effective tool for coaching. It allows both coach and client different ways to dive deeper into the coaching agenda and help the client uncover thoughts/feelings that might be illusive in a safe way.

I appreciated the online learning format for obtaining my EMDRIA credits and was glad to experience a taste of professional coaching. The class (The Dynamic Trio) made me curious about the process of transitioning from a clinical psychologist towards a professional coach. Thanks!
