This class [Business Alchemy] was so valuable to me as a novice coach looking to start my own practice. Jim Butcher pulls together all the moving parts and helped me clarify my personal vision and motivation.
I’m very happy and grateful for participating in The Dynamic Trio. I now have knowledge and experience of coaching with additional dimensions; EMDR and positive psychology work amazingly well together. I loved the holistic approach of coaching, this was just what I was looking for (moving the focus and energy from head to body)! I want to thank everyone who participated in this wonderful class – I enjoyed learning, working, laughing and crying with my class mates very much – such an open environment supports everyone’s development greatly! I came away from [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness] with the value of a blended learning program (virtual class, partner discussions, superb reading material, mediation approaches/tools, mindfulness practice applications), many classmate connections from around the world, a regular mediation practice, and a sense of a calm and compassionate world.
[Writing, Creativity, and the Mindful Coach] provides a unique space for combined practice of mindfulness and creativity through writing which enriches our effectiveness as coaches. It’s a special opportunity to continue to hone our use of our core competencies while also gaining the ability to go deeper. On the one hand, it allows us coaches to learn skills and establish patterns for doing our own essential “inner work” that helps us to be authentic and real in our work with clients. And on the other hand, it sets us up with tools that are relevant and useful for our clients. This kind of course stretches us beyond the “mechanics” of coaching and therefore makes us relevant and truly relatable resources for our clients.
The experience of participating in S-T-R-E-T-C-H! was one of the most fulfilling and inspiring in my entire life. The curriculum was approached from A to Z. The mindfulness practices at the beginning of each session, and the recommendations for practices of gratitude, compassion, recognition of our heroes, and action boards had a dimension that made me grow, and expand as a human being. There is always so much space to travel within ourselves, making us more approachable, centered, and focused on what is important in the coaching practice, and by extension, in life. I am very thankful to Mindfulness Coaching School, Ann-Marie, Brittany, Philip, Kelly, and my fellow class students. There is a real community there!
Taking Right Speech with Meg was an inspirational journey. Her expertise, kindness, strength, and dedication to the class and the students came through so fully. I came away seeing that coaching is not just helping people set goals and move towards them, but also has the potential to be a sacred container where people wake up and see their true essence and their gifts and can develop the confidence to bring their dreams to fruition. Very powerful!
This [Business Alchemy] is the course I was waiting for to help me understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur. The combination of theory, nuts & bolts business and marketing concepts and hands-on instruction for creating a web page is magical! It really is alchemy!
Taking this class [Skillful Means: The Coaching Skill Set] was essential to building my toolbox as a coach. I feel that my range of skills have broadened and that my clients can be served much better.
Learning how to listen deeply to the wisdom of the body and to trust that we are fluent in our own somatic language has provided such a valuable coaching tool and life practice.
Mindful Eating, Mindful Life is all about nourishment, energy, savoring and throwing away what doesn’t work for us in life. The course unfolds deep mindfulness about moments in time, decisions, weighing options, filling the void and emptying way beyond food.
