Another wonderful course with Ann-Marie. Learning about and implementing aspects of Positive Psychology, Signature Strengths and the Wheel of Life are valuable tools both for self-growth and helping others achieve their goals. Wonderful coaching sessions and discussions in a warm, comfortable and engaging setting.

I had a superb experience in this class [Where Mind Goes, Qi Goes: Somatic Coaching with Qigong]. There is a universe to be explored when it comes to understanding somatic work. I just got more and more curious.

The class Right Speech took me beyond the basic coaching skills into higher-level listening and mindfulness skills I now use regularly in my coaching practice and in my life. Meg Hess is a caring and knowledgeable teacher who creates an atmosphere of trust and passion for coaching.

Business Alchemy made me aware that my business has an energy and essence, just as I do. In discovering this, I started to get really clear on how I want to present myself to the universe, what type of business I want to create and what tribe I want to support and engage with. I learned that there are kinder, more modern and zen-like ways of being an entrepreneur and marketing myself. Overall, this class helped me to align my heart, my vision and my business. I am so grateful to Sarah and Ann-Marie. They were both so supportive, knowledgeable and inspiring.

“What is pulling on your sleeve?” was a question presented in [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness]. How often does someone actually ask you that or how often do you stop to really be mindful of what is present in you and pulling at you in the moment? I learned how to really dive into this feeling and capture the present in The Art of Engaged Mindfulness.

The experience of participating in S-T-R-E-T-C-H! was one of the most fulfilling and inspiring in my entire life. The curriculum was approached from A to Z. The mindfulness practices at the beginning of each session, and the recommendations for practices of gratitude, compassion, recognition of our heroes, and action boards had a dimension that made me grow, and expand as a human being. There is always so much space to travel within ourselves, making us more approachable, centered, and focused on what is important in the coaching practice, and by extension, in life. I am very thankful to Mindfulness Coaching School, Ann-Marie, Brittany, Philip, Kelly, and my fellow class students. There is a real community there!

Becoming a Mindfulness Coach: You and Your Clients helped me deepen my day-to-day mindfulness practice. Using the awareness practices and skills from class, I deepened my sense of how well my thoughts and actions reflect my values and I engaged in exercises and dialogue which supported me in making changes and living more fully in my integrity.

[Dynamic Trio] was truly the highlight of my week. I loved the material that we covered and the positive energy of Ann-Marie. I recommend this class to anyone who is looking for new exercises or experience possibilities for their clients. But I give an even stronger recommendation or anyone looking for continuing self-care. Such a wonderful personal and professional opportunity.

Kristin’s dynamic teaching style made this class fun and exciting and got my creative juices flowing. I was surprised at how much I learned about what I needed, and didn’t need to move forward in launching my coaching business. I also gained more clarity on how I want to deliver my message of what I do. Read more
