Feeling Into the Energies

Mar 27, 2022

What are you aware of when you feel into the energy
of flexible resiliency? Radiant love? Engaged
compassion? Courageous kindness?

Mindful Practice
Give yourself permission to let go of moral judging.
Witness everyone including yourself as though for
the first time.

Consider what needs are going unmet in their world.
Consider what needs are going unmet in yours. What
one need can you meet for that person you have
judged? And what one need can you meet for that
part of yourself you have judged?

Flood your awareness with the energies of flexible
resiliency, radiant love, engaged compassion and
courageous kindness, How now are you viewing
sentient beings including yourself?

Consider: How is your body responding when you do
these mental exercises?

Probably the single best course I’ve taken in a decade. The somatic templates and in-course use of them were shared from a place of deep knowing and wisdom. Amazing. The reading and sharing of new practices (for me) has made this whole course one of tapping into an ancient wisdom with simple and real practical use. Thank you!

I came away from [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness] with the value of a blended learning program (virtual class, partner discussions, superb reading material, mediation approaches/tools, mindfulness practice applications), many classmate connections from around the world, a regular mediation practice, and a sense of a calm and compassionate world.

Meg is a great coach and teacher. She has very kind presence and incorporates variety of exercises and approaches to coaching which makes learning fun and interesting. The NVC proves to be the language of life and I love to see all of us really live this language with people around us.

Where Mind Goes, Qi Goes: Somatic Coaching with Qigong introduces us to a simple yet essential practice for, in a sense, returning us to our bodies where we can really begin to sense the energy that we have. This is nourishing for us as coaches who often absorb and hold the energy of our clients, while allowing us to incorporate energy generating, diffusing, directing, and managing practices with those same clients. This class reminds us of the need to stay connected to our bodily wisdom–energetic as well as physical–and not get lost in our head.

MCS continues to complement my journey as a counselor, becoming a coach. This course [The Dynamic Trio] focuses on a new paradigm in human services as well as a new paradigm in consciousness.

All of the courses at the Mindfulness Coaching School take a student deeper into meaningful skills and personal growth. I am not the same person I was when I began this program. As a coach, the school has given me ways to own the skill set needed. As a person, classes like The Art of Engaged Mindfulness deepen my commitment to a lifestyle of awareness and centered gratitude. I am grateful.

[The Dynamic Trio] was a great class that mixed experiential learning with incredible tools that I could use immediately with clients.  Ann-Marie was an incredible instructor with a myriad of knowledge and experience from many different backgrounds. I really appreciated her ability to interact so personally and intentionally with students in the class all while teaching a strong skill set.
