Creating Them* as Your Allies

•Cut away all the storylines and go into Stillness.
•Listen to IC, MM and G* from your heart.
•Speak to Them* from your heart.
•Listen again…now even deeper.

•Ask IC, MM, and G* how they can guide you and become your ally.
•LIsten to the story presently told.
•Amplify and manifest by finding a tangible object to represent their answer.
•Proceed into what needs to be acted on in this moment.
•Open to what is. Open to Just This.

*IC = Inner Critic
*MM = Monkey Mind
*G = Gremlin

Remember: No guts, no glory!

I highly recommend Business Alchemy if you want to learn practical and specific advice and tools to establish and grow your coaching business! This course helped me go from skeptical and uncertain to energized and equipped to create the thriving coaching business that I want for myself and my clients!

Business Alchemy is the perfect class to complete your prerequisites for certification. I was able to draw from the work that I developed in my other MCS classes and bring it all together into a concrete vision of my business as well as the layout for my website. Not only did I solidify my mission and vision statements, polish my elevator pitch and build the foundation for my website, to name a few, my confidence in who I am as a Professional Coach grew profoundly.

I’ve been a therapist for years now, but still get the jitters every time I begin to work with a new client (probably the “fixer” in me). It was a joy to watch Ann-Marie in action [during Skillful Means: The Coaching Skill Set] and realize that we don’t need to feel like we have all the answers for the client!

Stretch” is a good name for this course. It stretched us all to reach beyond what we thought we knew, dig deeply to experience those paths that we will be coaching on, and stay open and curious about everything.

Right Speech with Meg Hess is a wonderful class. I am grateful for the many communication tools I learned through the course. Meg, as an instructor, brings uplifting energy to the class, keeping the discussions engaging and memorable.

Body Electric takes a coach deep into their own somatic wisdom. This embodied learning then becomes a backbone to how we coach.

[The Dynamic Trio] was a great class that mixed experiential learning with incredible tools that I could use immediately with clients.  Ann-Marie was an incredible instructor with a myriad of knowledge and experience from many different backgrounds. I really appreciated her ability to interact so personally and intentionally with students in the class all while teaching a strong skill set.
