Change: The new word for NORMAL
Change requires an eagle eye
And the diligence to make it through the distractions.

Change requires multi-layers ~
To withstand the temptation
To wait and do it differently or better,
Or not to do it at all.

Change requires the teachings of failure
To learn to excel, incorporate
And welcome new energies
That otherwise would never have arrived.

Stretch” is a good name for this course. It stretched us all to reach beyond what we thought we knew, dig deeply to experience those paths that we will be coaching on, and stay open and curious about everything.

I came away from [The Art of Engaged Mindfulness] with the value of a blended learning program (virtual class, partner discussions, superb reading material, mediation approaches/tools, mindfulness practice applications), many classmate connections from around the world, a regular mediation practice, and a sense of a calm and compassionate world.
Kellan Beck, CEC, PCCToronto, Ontario, Canada
All of the courses at the Mindfulness Coaching School take a student deeper into meaningful skills and personal growth. I am not the same person I was when I began this program. As a coach, the school has given me ways to own the skill set needed. As a person, classes like The Art of Engaged Mindfulness deepen my commitment to a lifestyle of awareness and centered gratitude. I am grateful.

Becoming a Mindfulness Coach: You and Your Clients helped me deepen my day-to-day mindfulness practice. Using the awareness practices and skills from class, I deepened my sense of how well my thoughts and actions reflect my values and I engaged in exercises and dialogue which supported me in making changes and living more fully in my integrity.
