Our world today calls for new ways of being, connecting and coaching.

The time is NOW for us to engage in the inner work required to live and coach courageously. How can we begin to explore, understand and finally undo the conditioning that often keeps us from authentic connections? How can mindfulness practices support us in excavating, identifying and working through our own hidden biases and beliefs with self-compassion so that we can show up consistently with courage and fully connected to our intuition?

In this class, we will study different facets of the life of Harriett Tubman who was a transformational leader, humanitarian and activist who followed a calling to lead people into unknown territories in search of liberation. Together we will explore how to meet the challenges of this current moment with an open heart and find the wisdom and courage to face the unknown together just like Harriet would do.
