Grow into your leading edge

The Mentor Coaching Group and Individual Sessions are designed for student coaches and credentialed coaches to fine tune, activate, and embody being a Mindfulness, Wellness & Somatic Coach. Along with coaching skills, we delve into altruism, compassion, love, connection and much humor… it’s the whole enchilada!

What are the Group Mentor Coaching sessions like?

The Group meetings begin with Q & A. Coaching concerns and questions are discussed. It is a time to explore where you may feel flummoxed, puzzled, or less than stellar as a coach. It’s a time of Beginner’s Mind.

The second segment is an observed coaching session. Each week two colleagues will take on the role of the coach or client. The remaining members will observe the session. Each observer participates by giving positive feedback and later asking questions that arose from the coaching session. Ann-Marie offers suggestions, comments, and observations during and after the coaching session.

The seven hours of Group Mentor Coaching sessions are 1-2 hours per session. (See schedule.)

What are the Individual Mentor Coaching sessions like?

The Individual sessions are all about you! They are about guiding you into the field of being a stellar coach by focusing on meeting your needs. This is not a time to worry about looking good. Instead, it’s a time to determine what areas of your coaching are in need of attention – taking it all to the next level.

You will bring forward what you’re unclear on, confused about, stumped on, or needing more awareness around – anything that will help you become a stellar coach. It’s a time to learn and have fun as you grow into your leading edge. It’s a time for practice. Ann-Marie will not be coaching you; you will be coaching your clients or classmates during part of the session.

The three individual sessions are one hour each and scheduled directly with Ann-Marie McKelvey.

Please note:
Mentor Coaching is not about creating your business. It is about helping you become a stellar coach!
