Phil was simply amazing. He is abundantly talented, non-judgmental, gracious and wise. He created a strong and safe community where people could take risks, learn about themselves, the coaching profession and above all, grow personally. I saw every person in the course take risks and transform. I am a seasoned leader/executive and I think he is the best facilitator I have ever experienced. He is a rare treasure and I am blessed to have been part of this course.

Phil Joudrey is an amazing teacher. He will take you places in this course that you didn’t know you could go. And you will be supported and encouraged every step of the way while coming to understand some fundamental aspects of yourself as a coach.

STRETCH does just that…it stretches your understanding of what a coach is/does, it stretches your thoughts and insights about yourself and your journey and it stretches your bonds with your classmates to learn from their collective experiences and knowledge. This was an enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable class that really pushed you to think from a variety of perspectives and to also really think about who you are, the story you tell and why. I am sad it is over.

What a way to start my journey at MCS! This was my first class related to my Coaching endeavor. The STRETCH class is a marvelous macro-level course about what one can expect in the coaching field. The instructor fostered such a memorable and supportive space and I know I will nurture those friendships for years to come.

The S-T-R-E-T-C-H! course was an amazing experience and it allowed me to grow (and stretch) as a new coach!

This class will give you a coaching community in just a few short months. I now feel that I have colleagues and a support system that I can reach out to in times of need. So grateful for having the chance to know these remarkable individuals.

[STRETCH] offers an overview of the ins and outs of the multifaceted world of coaching. It was fluidly and efficaciously presented to allow for the most productive experience. I walk away as a better prepared and more confident coach!

“Stretch” is a good name for this course. It stretched us all to reach beyond what we thought we knew, dig deeply to experience those paths that we will be coaching on, and stay open and curious about everything.
