Mindfulness Coaching Practice Group

Facilitated by Carol Meyers

You’re invited to participate in the Spring 2018 Coaching Practice Group. We’ll meet weekly via Zoom in a small group and practice to sharpen the skills you’re learning in class, build your coaching competency, and help you mindfully deepen into to your best coaching self. Wherever you are on your learning path — or in the world — you’re welcome to expand your horizons in this safe space.

About: Carol Meyers is a life coach and mentor based in Washington, D.C. With a background in mindfulness-based stress reduction and meditation, she has studied with MCS founder Ann-Marie McKelvey since spring 2016. Carol has supplemented this work with a 200-hour yoga teacher training, a 240-hour intensive certification program in Positive Psychology, a two-day Mindful Self Compassion Core Skills Training with Kristin Neff, PhD and Chris Germer, PhD, and the Coming to Our Senses 4-day silent retreat with Jon Kabat Zinn.
Her mission is to use the art of mindfulness and the science of well-being to help people craft a life in alignment with their values, and to flourish. Carol’s top five VIA Character Strengths are: gratitude, love of learning, perspective, kindness, and hope.
