This is for all levels of meditators, to put a little more glue on your practice!
The intention of this group is to inspire your personal practice, and give you a form to check in with. We’ll meet you where you are!

For almost a year, Brittany has been living and studying at SokukoJi, a Soto Zen Buddhist Temple Monastery, where sitting meditation is the primary practice. She has also been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing for over a decade. Brittany is the beloved Program Coordinator for Mindfulness Coaching School!
