Exclusively for students and alumni of Mindfulness Coaching School, this group is for all levels of meditators. The intention of this group is to inspire your personal practice, explore techniques, and give you a form to check in with. We’ll meet you where you are!

• Support or recommit to your personal practice
• Have open discussion about the insights, joys & challenges of practicing

Facilitated by Brittany Wildfong, RYT, ACC
For almost a year, Brittany has been living and studying at SokukoJi, a Soto Zen Buddhist Temple Monastery, where sitting meditation is the primary practice. She has also been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing for over a decade. Brittany is also the beloved Assistant Director of Mindfulness Coaching School.
