This group is for anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, and awareness practices. The intention of this group is to inspire your personal practice, explore techniques, and give you a form to check in with. We’ll meet you where you are!

Certified Meditation Instructor & Assistant Director of Mindfulness Coaching School
For over a year, Brittany has been living and studying at SokukoJi, a Soto Zen Buddhist Temple Monastery, where sitting meditation is the primary practice. She is certified as a Meditation Instructor by her teacher, the abbot of SokukoJi, Kyoun Sokuzan – who studied under Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Kobun Chino Roshi. She has also been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing for over a decade.
