Exploring the Silent Spaces (Daily Meditation Group)

You are invited to join me each day to meditate silently from 6 to 6:30am Mountain Time (see your timezone). It’s in these silent spaces where we find resiliency within an infinite and nourishing mindset.

Mindfulness Coaching: Finding Refuge in Times of Change
As part of our response effort to COVID-19, a group of our trained alumni coaches will be available Mondays and Wednesdays via Zoom to coach individuals in one-on-one or small group settings, free of charge. Our goal is simply to foster community and goodwill among all people coping with the current global crisis.
Each week you will be partnered with a different coach or coaching group. No money will be exchanged. This is solely an outreach project with the intent to help people cope with our rapidly-changing reality and adapt to the new world we are living in, together.
