I loved this course. It was so inspiring and real and authentic and deep. I felt like I got a really good grasp of how powerful Wellness is… and wellness coaching, by extension. I liked all the tools that were brought in – NVC, Credos, wellness plans, assessments, etc. That made it all feel more concrete and DOABLE for me. I really liked the energy of the group as well.
