This group is devoted to Mindfulness Coaching School students who are developing their coaching skills to apply for ICF Credentialing.

Grow into your leading edge by being coached on your coaching…

By attending Mentor Coach Group, you fulfill seven of the ten hours of Mentor Coaching required for ICF’s credentialing process. Your attendance is required at all of the sessions for seven total hours.

The remaining three hours of Mentor Coaching are completed via one-on-one sessions with ICF Registered Mentor Coach Ann-Marie McKelvey. Scheduling and payment for individual sessions is separate from Mentor Coach Group.

Becoming a Mindfulness & Wellness Coach: You and Your Clients continues the wellness mandala of individualized wellness plans and credos developed in Becoming a Mindfulness & Wellness Coach: You At Your Best.  In You and Your Clients we expand from individualized attention on the coach to embracing coaching clients, businesses, schools, organizations, and our planet Earth.

We will contemplate challenging questions such as:
• What beliefs are you living that are borrowed and not yours?
• What beliefs lower your excitement in living?
• What belief systems keep you out of alignment with your true self?
• What belief systems will enhance your aliveness and astonishment as you contribute to your clients and planet Earth as a Wellness Coach?

Participants will explore ICF Core Competencies through class lectures and coaching demonstrations. You will create Coaching Toolboxes filled with skills, applications, and knowledge to draw upon in your coaching practice. There will be opportunities to practice coaching with colleagues and receive feedback from a Master Certified Coach. Ann-Marie will help participants develop deeper understanding of their coaching skills and the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

• Applications & processes for yourself and your clients

The Dynamic Trio: EMDR, Positive Psychology & Coaching is exclusively for student coaches, professional coaches, and clinicians to explore using EMDR to advance the goals of Coaching and Positive Psychology. This course will ask participants to apply the material to themselves and – if they wish – to their clients. As you are personally rejuvenated, you will learn how EMDR organically brings together Positive Psychology and Coaching. This potent formula can help clear blocks to personal growth while moving you into places of infinite possibilities. This course will examine 14 Positive Psychology and/or Coaching processes. Participants will learn through demonstrations, case studies, discourses, and Q & A discussions how to best utilize these hands-on processes for themselves and their clients.

Learning Objectives
1. Participants will learn and develop a skill set to explore, rejuvenate and update themselves.
2. Participants will be able to identify and strengthen their five top Values in Action Signature Strengths, an assessment, utilizing EMDR.
3. Participants will experience and learn how EMDR can be used effectively to work towards the goals of coaching as opposed to trauma work and how EMDR can be effective for processing blocks or obstacles along the way.
4. Participants will create “My Credo” based on a five-step process utilizing EMDR, Positive Psychology and Coaching.
5. Participants will demonstrate working knowledge with the NVC Needs Inventory and Positive Cognitions.
6. Participants will learn how to utilize EMDR to clear blocks the client experiences while being coached.
