Standing Tall with Big Heart:
Somatically, Mindfully, Creatively, Unceasingly
It’s a great day to be alive…
Enjoy…breathe it in…it’s your day…and who knows what is down the road!
Imagine…Living in a No-Blame World.
Imagine..
In this moment: What is alive in you?
Using breath as your ally, imagine the inhale and
exhale as a flashlight highlighting what is
manifesting within.
Developing awareness takes courage. The courage to
go slow while being attentive to how you are naturally
unfolding.
Again, ask yourself “What is alive in me?”
Give yourself a few minutes to witness what arises.
It’s Never Too Late…
It’s never too late to rewire your brain, change
careers, become healthier, make amends.
It is never too late to smile.
I-PhoneLookers and ShoeLookers
Being an I-PhoneLooker or a ShoeLooker keeps us
from experiencing the ten directions of a loving life.
As you keep your head down I challenge you to find
the heart of love in every thought and feeling that
arises from what you view.
Then bring your head up, breathe in the fresh air and
look around.
See the spontaneous smiles of two-leggeds. Listen to
the the HumourMakers and feel again how the body
comes alive with laughter. Smell the scent of snow
coming over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and
witness the excitement of your body. Feel your heart
beat. Notice the preciousness of your human body.
Let yourself evolve into a MiracleLooker…
Beyond Being a Brain on a Stick
Bringing our bodies wholeheartedly into meditation and mindfulness practices gives us somatic wisdom.
By going to essence somatically we enter into the Qi Zone.
I challenge you to go there…explore…you are larger than you think.
Think into Emotional Truth Clouding
Think into how you emotionally tell yourself stories
that aren’t necessarily true. Think into how your
emotions cloud your reality and then perpetuate
illusions. Think into all this…
And breathe it all out! This is not who you are.
Well, then who are you?
Living from An Awakened Mind…
Give yourself a few moments to Zen-down the
narrative to one question:
“How do I live in a blameless world?”
Listen for the answers. They will come as you open
into a no-blame and spacious growth mindset.
What becomes alive as you walk into the Sunrise of a
No-Blame World?
Entanglements
Entanglements with family, friends and colleagues
happen. They usually arise from lack of trust,
disrespecting established boundaries and the
inability or unwillingness to directly communicate
our needs.
It is not uncommon when in the midst of
entanglement with another to feel there is no way
out. The inner roughhousing between you, your
Monkey Mind and Gremlin can not only be hurtful,
disruptful and damaging but can infiltrate your well
being and the well being of others.
When caught in the web of entanglement remember,
Everything is a teaching.
•Clearly ask yourself, “What needs are going unmet
for me?
•What needs are going unmet for the other person?”
•Once unmet needs are established ask, “How will I
meet these needs?”
•Listen with a Growth Mindset and do at least one
action each day until the mind and heart have settled.

What are you practicing today?
We practice Qi Gung. We practice violin. We practice
being kind. We practice sitting meditation and
mindfulness exercises.
Practice is about deepening. As we deepen we
develop the muscles needed to go deeper into the
consciousness of the Body, Mind and Spirit.
And so…
If your mind is practicing despair your body will
experience despair. For instance, if you are practicing
watching the news, reading the news and listening to
the news your BodyMindSpirit will take the hit.
The practice of “staying on top of the news” may then
evolve and deepen into recreational bitterness with
friends and internal hysterics within you.
Choose carefully what you are practicing today…and
notice what arises.
