Sometimes the best told story…

May 1, 2022

is not what actually happened…even if it is a good story!

Sometimes the best told story is a fabrication of what was.

To continue telling the story over years perpetuates the
illusion it is true. Yet what is true is the suffering that the
story creates for others.

Bottomline: If you are embellishing a story, ask yourself
what needs are being met for you. Especially if you have
an inkling that over the years an illusion is being perpetuated.

Know what I mean, JellyBean?

This course [Skillful Means] is life changing personally and professionally. Skills are not only learned, but internalized so that the coach can be an effective listener. I would highly recommend this to any coach — experienced or a beginner.

S-T-R-E-T-C-H! Becoming The Incredible Coach You Truly Are was amazing; a must do class for anyone wanting to become a coach or anyone who is already a coach and needs to feel refreshed and revitalized by the possibilities of coaching and the difference the practice can make. I would thoroughly recommend this course, it is not for the fainthearted, you need to be all in – but it’s hard not to be when it’s delivered with such passion and commitment by Ann-Marie, and all your colleagues and peers are so invested. A total life experience, eye opening, breath taking and consciousness deepening. This is a course I will come back to again and repeat!

Working with Ann-Marie McKelvey is a transforming experience! She has coached me through different aspects of Life, from launching a successful coaching career to building my own wellness internally. Ann-Marie has gifts that she shares with those around her to help them be their best possible selves and reach their goals. She does this through listening deeply, asking the right questions and role modeling at the same time! I feel so blessed to have her as my coach!
