No Guts! No Glory!

Oct 22, 2021

Remember when you were younger?  Jumping over
rocks, ditches, puddles and streams?  Jumping off
the swing?  Jumping into adventures?

Today let’s jump over obstacles, over thoughts that
no longer serve, over negative belief patterns.

Yes, let’s jump together while shouting, “No guts, no
glory!” with a carefree grin!

Eee-la-la! Feels great!

Right Speech simply knocked my socks off. I eagerly read every book, every article or other reference with delight. I cannot begin to say how much I learned about myself in this course and how I can apply things like non-violent communication, vulnerability, and the 12 Pathways to my everyday life, both personally and professionally. Taking this course in tandem with The Art of Engaged Mindfulness could not have been a better pairing. I look forward to taking every course that you offer.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Art of Engaged Mindfulness… The format of the course enabled me to learn about the impact of meditation and therefore choose to fit more meditation into my lifestyle. Through the class, I expanded my knowledge of meditation and mindfulness, strengthened my practice, and met some great people. Special thanks to Ann-Marie, who shared her enormously rich insights, experience, and tools to help us become more effective in minding our mind.

I enjoyed The Dynamic Trio course immensely. Learning new and effective techniques that I can use in my practice is just what I was looking for in this course. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for new ways to expand their knowledge and life coaching practices.

I have taken other sales and marketing courses for coaching, but I prefer the “big picture” approach of this one, which links one’s vision to the sales and marketing process rather than simply pushing the idea of closing a coaching “sale.” Focusing on the client’s well-being and what we have to offer is much more value-driven for me.

Skillful Means: The Coaching Skill Set was essential to building my toolbox as a coach. I feel that my range of skills have broadened and that my clients can be served much better.

Taking Right Speech with Meg was an inspirational journey. Her expertise, kindness, strength, and dedication to the class and the students came through so fully. I came away seeing that coaching is not just helping people set goals and move towards them, but also has the potential to be a sacred container where people wake up and see their true essence and their gifts and can develop the confidence to bring their dreams to fruition. Very powerful!

Another wonderful course with Ann-Marie. Wonderful coaching sessions and discussions in a warm, comfortable and engaging setting.
