Presenting Your Whole Self to the Now

Apr 29, 2021

  • Closing your eyes, breathe out all that is not needed.
  • Inhale all that is needed.
  • Breathe out all that is no longer required
  • Inhale all that is needed.
  • Breathe out all that is outdated
  • Inhale all that is needed.
  • Breathe out all that no longer serves
  • Inhale all that is needed.
  • Repeat.

Reveal yourself to yourself. The self that is you…not the programming of your culture, your parents, your brother or sister.  Reveal yourself to yourself.  Look in the mirror of your mind.

Sink in.

What does your true face reveal?

Business Alchemy came at the perfect time in my identity formation as a coach. The instructors brought home practical aspects of crafting a business and marketing tools in a way that was more about solid self-expression rather than by-the-book, one-size-fits-all. The creativity flowed.

I loved the experiential nature of this class (The Dynamic Trio). I know that the applications being taught can help someone experience powerful breakthroughs… because I experienced powerful breakthroughs!

MCS continues to complement my journey as a counselor, becoming a coach. This course [The Dynamic Trio] focuses on a new paradigm in human services as well as a new paradigm in consciousness.

[In Writing, Creativity, and the Mindful Coach] I enjoyed learning about how to be an effective coach via the route of writing and mindfulness. This was a new experience for me and one I found to be very valuable. I have a new and great tool in my toolbox to better serve my coaching clients. Thank you for this course!

S-T-R-E-T-C-H! Becoming The Incredible Coach You Truly Are was amazing; a must do class for anyone wanting to become a coach or anyone who is already a coach and needs to feel refreshed and revitalized by the possibilities of coaching and the difference the practice can make. I would thoroughly recommend this course, it is not for the fainthearted, you need to be all in – but it’s hard not to be when it’s delivered with such passion and commitment by Ann-Marie, and all your colleagues and peers are so invested. A total life experience, eye opening, breath taking and consciousness deepening. This is a course I will come back to again and repeat!

[Writing, Creativity, and the Mindful Coach] provides a unique space for combined practice of mindfulness and creativity through writing which enriches our effectiveness as coaches. It’s a special opportunity to continue to hone our use of our core competencies while also gaining the ability to go deeper. On the one hand, it allows us coaches to learn skills and establish patterns for doing our own essential “inner work” that helps us to be authentic and real in our work with clients. And on the other hand, it sets us up with tools that are relevant and useful for our clients. This kind of course stretches us beyond the “mechanics” of coaching and therefore makes us relevant and truly relatable resources for our clients.

The courses and instructors at MCS come through every time. We gain personal insight while gaining coaching expertise. I am not the same person I was when I began learning from MCS. I keep thinking that the last class is my favorite, and then I take another. And another. I’ve taken all but 2 classes at this point and find that the cumulative effect is profound. I am grateful.
